The Leadership, Education and Development for Scientists (LEADS) is sponsored by the Office of Science and Research (OSR) and the Organizational Development and Learning (ODL). LEADS is offered to a select group of assistant and associate professors whose career focus includes a significant research component, such as basic, clinical or public health research.
