About the Click 2011-2013 Implementation

Click is a research administration management software application that the Office of Science and Research and Research IT are implementing to help NYULMC faculty, administrators and staff efficiently manage grants, among other administrative aspects of their research. Research IT is committed to ensuring that the Click implementation, a two-year process, is a seamless transition by providing sufficient training and communications along the way. Instructions on how to register for Click training can be found on the Click SharePoint site, along with other important materials and announcements.

The new system boasts a number of advantages that will improve management of grants and the ability to share information amongst different modules more quickly and easily.

Click will ultimately replace the following systems:

  • InfoEd: Proposals, Human Subjects, Clinical Trial Modules
  • Granite
  • Topaz

The Click implementation will have a direct impact on the following teams:

By 2013, the Click implementation will have touched almost everyone in the NYULMC science and research community. Therefore, it is essential to stay up-to-date on the process to see when and how you and your team may be affected and what you may need to do about it.
